quantumhubovae AG provides digital finance and business operations optimization systems and related consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to system implementation, process automation, business intelligence solutions, strategic consulting, and ongoing support services.
Service specifications, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in separate service agreements or proposals provided to clients. These Terms apply to all services unless specifically modified in writing by quantumhubovae AG.
User Obligations

Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment terms for our services are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. All fees are quoted in Euros and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Late payment may result in suspension of services and interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable legal fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, quantumhubovae AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to quantumhubovae AG in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Warranties and Disclaimers

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of services does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
Force Majeure
quantumhubovae AG shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or technical failures.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and quantumhubovae AG regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
